Arda Biome (Step Two)
Figure One:
The location that my animal--the Alaskan moose-- would be well adapted to live would be Orocarnia. At the top of Orocarnia is a Taiga and Tundra biome, the two places my animal lives and thrives in. The taiga is a cold and lonely place, where the average temperature is below freezing for most of the year. |
Figure Two:
The location of Orocarnia had changed a lot over the ten million year period. The Alaskan Moose can still reside in Orocarnia, at the very top. There is still a Taiga biome for it to live in. All of the same biomes are still within this location, but Orocarnia and Kalorme had collided and become one big continent. The predators would probably stay the same, but since there is much less of the Taiga remaining there, the population of both predator and prey has most likely decreased by a large number. The animal probably eats the same thing as it previously had because it would still reside in the same biome. The Earth in the Arda biome basically just got slightly warmer. |
